I take your privacy very seriously and practice discretion. Only information that is needed to ensure my safety and provide a quality session is collected. Your personal information will be archived in a folder in my encrypted e-mail inbox. Your information is deleted after I do not hear from you for 1 year, or at your request. If the information is deleted you will be expected to provide it again if you would like to see me again.
As a personal safety measure, your screening information will be shared with ONE trusted individual who works with me as a safety check during your session. Only the information that is necessary to keep me safe is shared in this process. Please inquire with me if you are concerned about this and would like to know which information is shared.
